The applicant is proposing to change the land use designation of the subject property from Agriculture and Rural Residential to Industrial.

Item 3 - Public Hearing on Comprehensive Plan Large Scale Map Amendment #11-3 (Haller Air Park Community) - The subject properties are located on Air Park Road, west of US 17 in the Green Cove Springs Planning District and are approximately 120 acres in size. The purpose of this amendment is to amend the 2025 Comprehensive Plan by changing its land use designation on subject properties from Agriculture to Rural Residential. The landowners (and also community members of Haller Air Park) want to build a house and a hanger on each parcel, and this amendment is to make their lands conforming and viable.
