2. Finance Department (Backup documentation is in the Reading File)
The Finance Department business is submitted to request approval and ratification by the Board for various warrants and disbursements in order to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1), Fl. Statute. Acceptance and disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted for the Board’s information. At times, approval is requested for various finance related issues.
3. Approval of report and recommendation regarding civil action against Clay County (Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. v. Dana M. Barton, et al., Clay County Circuit Court Case No. 2009-214-CA) (Moss)
4. Approval of deposit ($124,682.24) payment for acquisition of right-of-way parcel for County Road 220 widening project in Clay v. s. Lorne Mays, et al, Case No. 2008-CA-472) (Scruby)
5. Approval to proceed with closing on purchase and sale agreement funded by the Repetitive Flood Claim Grant program, between Homer W. Lindley and Mary Jane Gates and Clay County, Florida, for property located at 4060 Lightning Lane, Middleburg, Florida, on the south fork of Black Creek and including a 1/15 interest in Lightning Lane for access to the property.
