Items 11-12 - 11. Approval of Budget Transfer Request #09-037 in the amount of $58,445.00 to adjust the budget of the CCSO-Sheriff for unanticipated revenue generated from Justice Assistance Grant 2009 awarded lower than expected.
$82,029.00 was budgeted for anticipated award, but only $28,584.00 was actually awarded this year. Adjustment in the amount of $53,445.00 to be placed in reserve for contingency within the same fund to prevent overspending of budget. Funding Source: 102-4101-564000 (S. Kraus)

a) $9,000.00 to fence in the Magnolia Springs Cemetery.
b) $1,500.00 to the Clay County Community Band for an educational
website containing biographies of Clay County’s top 10 musicians, a
classroom-ready download of the Clay County Sequicentennial March
and lesson plans for Clay County teachers on the history of music in
the County.
c) $100.00 to the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation membership
renewal.
d) $500.00 to American Legion Post 250 to assist with costs of a
Veterans Memorial Wall.
e) $200.00 for labor to sew curtains for the Civic Center Stage. Material
for the curtains was purchased last FY.

Software in the amount of $12,475.00 to Destiny Software Inc. The total
contract amount is $24,950.00 with 50% due upon installation. Staff desires
to combine the current funtionality of the Swagit Video and BIS Digital Audio
Recording solutions for capturing the video and/or audio segments of various
meetings, including the BCC meetings, with an agenda software application
that can integrate both applications and provide a flexible agenda/minutes

Equipment and Amenities for Parks and Playgrounds, to multiple companies.
All bids are based upon the percentage discount offered for products and
services. This bid is also a means for qualifying vendors for ball park lighting services. Qualifying vendors will be requested to provide pricing on a project by project basis. The qualified vendor providing the lowest responsive quote will be awarded the project. This bid will provide playground equipment, amenities and lighting for parks such as the Oakleaf Athletic Complex, Fleming Island Athletic Complex, Moccasin Slough Park as well as all other parks/ball fields in Clay County. Approval will be effective after 72-hour bid
protest period has expired, assuming no protests are received. Funding
