This is necessary due to over- or underestimating year to date figures in FY 13/14 for the 2013 School Retrofit, 2014 Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG), Mosquito Control and FY 13 State Homeland Security Grant Program (SHSGP) – Haz-Mat Grants. This RFQ provides for award of one or more firms. It is staff's desire to award and enter into a contract with two firms. Staff’s evaluations of the submittals are attached hereto for consideration along with submittals. The board has the option to request presentations for a minimum of the top three firms if desired.
