Item 1 » - Draft Ordinance to Address Miscellaneous Revisions to the Land Development Code The purpose of the proposed ordinance is to provide remedies for a variety of unrelated problematic issues or “glitches” in the LDC. The remedies do not represent new regulations per se, but rather provide clarity or eliminate inconsistency. A summary list is as follows: 1. Differentiation between Bicycle Motocross and Motorized Motocross. 2. Revision of Shooting Range standards to realistically adjust the size criteria for Rifle Ranges. 3. Clarification of the differentiation between standards for non-governmental mobile phone and internet services and other types of towers. 4. Elimination of the Lot of Record “Contiguous Lot Rule” requirement consistent with previous BCC action in the Comprehensive Plan. 5. Expansion of the number of zoning districts which allow Day Care Centers. 6. Adjustment of Quasi-Judicial Hearing Procedures. 7.
