Item 2 - Approval of Budget Transfer #14-002 in the amount of $60,339.00 to reallocate funds in the Property Appraiser Office's budget to adjust original BCC budget request to State approved budget. Item 5 - Approval of a construction and maintenance agreement, including resolution, with the Florida Department of Transportation. This project involves the construction of a bike path/trail along C.R. 218 from Mimosa Avenue to west of S.R. 21. The construction of the project will be totally administered and funded by the Florida Department of Transportation. Clay County is required to assume the maintenance responsibility of the project once completed. (J. Beck)
