	1.				Approval to a waiver of the purchasing policy due to an administrative error. The contractor on a SHIP rehabilitation project commenced construction prior to the Division's receipt of a purchase order. The requisitions for which the waiver is being requested total $8,704.00. The first requistion ($6,700.00) encompasses the initial rehabilitation work proposed. The second requisition ($2,004.00) is the result of a change in scope to provide an ADA accessible bathroom. Funding Source: 116-0110-549800 (S. Kopelousos)
	2.				Approval of the Stipulated Final Judgment for Parcel 54 of Henley Road (H. Parrish)
	3.				Approval of an Agreement with New River Solid Waste Association in Union County for acceptance of screened solid waste soil left over from the cleanup of Masters Pit. New River will be utilizing the soil for “daily cover” for its regional landfill and $16,000.00 will be paid to the County to compensate for transporting the soil to their facility. (A. Altman/B. 	4.				Approval of an Agreement with Rogers Towers, P.A. for legal representation of Clay County in defending against a threatened takings claim asserted by Phredco, Inc. Club Christopher, etc. relating to the adoption of Ordinance 2011-10, 2011-13, and 2011-14 governing Wells Road alcohol sales. Funding Source: 001-0301-531200 (M. Scruby/B. Johns)
	5.				Approval to post notice of intent and to award Bid #11/12-10, EMS Medical Supplies, to multiple vendors for supplies based on a per item cost. Approval will be effective after 72 hour bid protest period has expired, assuming no protests are received. Complete bid package and submittals are available for review in the Purchasing Division.
