1. | Approval to a waiver of the purchasing policy due to an administrative error. The contractor on a SHIP rehabilitation project commenced construction prior to the Division's receipt of a purchase order. The requisitions for which the waiver is being requested total $8,704.00. The first requistion ($6,700.00) encompasses the initial rehabilitation work proposed. The second requisition ($2,004.00) is the result of a change in scope to provide an ADA accessible bathroom. 3. | Approval of an Agreement with New River Solid Waste Association in Union County for acceptance of screened solid waste soil left over from the cleanup of Masters Pit. New River will be utilizing the soil for “daily cover” for its regional landfill and $16,000.00 will be paid to the County to compensate for transporting the soil to their facility. (A. Altman/B. 5. | Approval to post notice of intent and to award Bid #11/12-10, EMS Medical Supplies, to multiple vendors for supplies based on a per item cost.
